1. What Amortica is

Amortica is a free educational tool that estimates the repayment schedule of a fixed-rate amortized loan from the figures you enter. It is provided for general informational purposes only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and no advisory or client relationship is created by using it. The results are estimates and may differ from any figure a bank or broker gives you. Before making a borrowing decision you should speak to a qualified, regulated professional and rely on your lender's official offer.

3. What the calculation excludes

The calculator models only the loan principal and interest under a constant interest rate. It does not include arrangement, valuation, notary, registration or broker fees; property, transfer or stamp taxes; buildings, life or mortgage-protection insurance; account fees; or the effect of a variable or tracker rate changing over time. Add those costs separately.

4. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the maths correct, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Amortica shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including financial loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on any result it produces.

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, design and code are the property of the operator and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. You may freely use the calculator's results for your own personal or business planning.

7. Third-party links and advertising

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time; continued use after a change means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
